the seeds we plant
living in sin
a deadly harvest
being reaped
just as we had sown

Death in our future
unless we turn from sin
into the open arms of our Savior
through his blood we live

Dying for us while we sinned
denying, rejecting his love
only when we are open to him
are we healed, restored

God calls to us ever
wanting to live with us
soothing us with his touch
calling us with his love
