All of us witnesses
to the love of Jesus
His presence in our lives
guiding our feet of clay
When we submit
choosing to carry His light
to become a light to the nations
to the ends of the earth
It is a Dream we carry
a promise of God
Hope in our salvation
coming from the Lord
All of us called
though none of us worthy
able through Christ
to come before our God
We should be humble
more caring of our neighbors
seeing the face of Christ
in everyone we meet
Treating them all
even the stranger, the enemy
as God commands us
with love in our hearts
Only when we cleave
hold fast to our Savior
when we let the Spirit guide
our timid, trembling feet
Only when we carry God’s light
His hope to the nations
only when we turn from the world
will the promise come to life
