Not for the Storehouse - Poem by Raymond A. Foss

The harvest we garner
not for the silo
not for the storehouse
for our needs and our neighbors
that all would be fed
that no one would know hungry
living waters, daily bread

Ours to be faithful
workers in the field
sowing as we are able
working with our savior
doing all we can
offering the good news of Jesus
salvation in our hands
only to accept the offer
our life within our hands
