We forget, perhaps
the world telling us we can do anything
that we are our masters
our destiny in our hands
all the good is from our efforts
we reap our own rewards
In this we begin to begin the lie
that we are creators with God
that we are responsible
for the works, the wages
that we are paid eternity
by our works we are set free
By God’s infinite nature
love alive
God limitless
beyond our imagination
all good from his hands
loving given to us
though we are made of clay
