All of us given
an equal reward
all of us paid
by the gift of the Lord

Serving him a long time
of just a moment of time
though all of us called
heeding his voice
at different times and places

Salvation priceless
a precious coin
the price of believing
in changing our ways

Not something earned
some more or less
this gift of grace
an either or proposition
of life or of death
