The life, the word
the living Christ
the one who was to come
who came to set us free
Preaching the word
where we are
each of us anointed
charged by Christ
Going as we are called
starting where we are
believing enough
heeding his call
Commissioned,
on the road, in our homes
the factory, wherever
God finds us
Turning us from our path
our self-centered lives
putting us on the road to Calvary
salvation through the gate of the cross
Through the one who sacrificed
all for our lives
that we would live with him
for all eternity

Psalm 146:1-5 (Call to Worship)
Prayer of Dedication:
“Abundant God, we thank you for the jars of our lives
that are constantly being filled. We offer our gifts to you,
that others may know of your abundance and grace.
Fill the hungry with good things. Lift up the oppressed.
Watch over the stranger and comfort the lonely.
Through our gifts, may we do likewise.
In the name of Christ the Comforter, we pray. Amen”
