Dying for Christ - Poem by Raymond A. Foss

Sometimes in big ways
sometimes in our day to days
turning our backs on the world
dying for Christ, that we may live

Changing the focus of our days
our lives centered on him
following Christ and where he would lead
doing his work in our time

Being the hands and feet of Christ
raising our voice for those in need
showing his face to our neighbors
turning our faces from the ways of the world
dying for God, going in his name
