The travelers, magi
on the pilgrimage under his star
guided from the east,
traveling far

To his bed, his infant throne
offering gifts to the king
of gold, frankincense and myrrh
so thick with meaning

Strangers, those from far way
seeing what the people could not
the Messiah born
come to light our way
