Under the words of the commandments a sabbath day of rest stopping to commune with our creator to worship God with our neighbors to remember his holiness
A Sabbath for the earth to rest from our toils, demands to recover from the excesses of man renewing on that day, as the creator planned a cycle of life in his command
A balance of work and rest peace in trusting in the creator our part in the heavenly plan we and all of creation held in his loving hands
