As a human, our brother
down from his heavenly throne
walking in our steps
on this mortal coil
Tempted and challenged
as are you and I
able to withstand, to stay holy
by absolute reliance on God
The same life we lead
that is why he can save
understanding our world
and choosing the cross
rather than riches and fame
