Christ, the living God,
from his slumber, his sabbath rest stirred
beyond human control,
God calmed the storm
the seas of trouble in our lives
not something we are able
We must give them over to God
to let the creator guide out steps
to give in to rest, to trust
to believe and have faith
letting God calm the storms
