Spreading Our Seeds - Poem by Raymond A. Foss

Seeds and fertilizer, to be shared
spreading our seeds in our time

We are commissioned by God
working together
the Word and our actions

Holy work, faithful servants
workers watering that which is scattered
that which is planted, in each heart

Planting, watering, not knowing which
the work we are doing, part of His plan

Actions, human action,
caring for others, watering

Faithful actions, humble souls;
but filled with the Spirit
power and love to share
