Before Offer
Acceptance
Revocation
Time lapse
Counter offer
Silence as acceptance
Acceptance as mirror image of offer
Oy, give me clarity
Singular perception
Of clear facts

But where is the room
For debate, vision
Cogent thought and reasoned opinion
With Wooden theory
And strict interpretation
Of primary persuasive authority

You gotta like when a precedent is on point
Wow, that almost made sense.
