It is you
who believes in me
who wants the best for me
who gives me the strength

For you are my one true love
NOTHING happens by chance
We are here to be together
You and me to cheer for the other

Life takes us in many twists and turns
we don't plan, some we don't even understand
or figure out only in reflections.
Why question/analyze?
Life is too short isn't it?
To do all there is to do.....
But there is still time
To do important things.

Here I am, ready to love, to commit
Passionate, compassionate, direct, and present
Trust, faith, fidelity, honesty, honorable, and intimacy, -
imbue my every action, conversation
All aspects of my life.

You my partner/my equal,
Love and respect me unselfishly
Me the same,
shares my values,
Further my dreams and me yours,
Happiness in little moments,
laugh together,
see myself smiling in your eyes,
Match me - conversation and interests,
Passion, challenge me,
give each other space,
Love of family

Feel and know my poetry,
Muse, subject, and willing reader,
discusser, critic,
And valuer of my artistic side.
