GERALD ENGLAND was born in 1946 the son of a Yorkshire miner. He was educated at the King's School, Pontefract; Strathclyde University and Sheffield Polytechnic. He worked as an industrial chemist in the confectionary trade and as a University technician before moving to Oldham to become an insurance agent/financial advisor. His poetry has appeared in hundreds of magazines around the world and he has published eleven collections. Of his latest collection "LIMBO TIME", Poetry Quarterly.. Continue..
